We are a media company that advocate for Black Employees & Black Families with children in school while solving the following priorities to include:

1. Increasing Student Achievement & Lower Chronic Absenteeism of Black Student(s)
2. Increasing Student Engagement & Lower Discipline Rates of Black Student(s)
3. Improving School Climate
4. Increasing Parent Involvement

We assist families with getting the services they need by holding school districts accountable. Our advocates work to meet the unique needs of every Black Employee and Black Family for fair and just treatment in the educational system.
