The Black Student Advocate Rate My K-12 Teacher/Staff Evaluation is designed with a PASS or FAIL grading system. Each individual household will determine whether their student’s needs are being met according to the following A-H Requirements.

• Attitude toward the Black Student(s)
• Behavior toward the Black Student(s)
• Care for the Black Student(s)
• Discipline of the Black Student(s)
• Evaluation of the Black Student(s)
• False Evidence Appearing Real (F.E.A.R) of the Black Student(s)
• False Evidence Appearing Real (F.E.A.R) regarding Stereotypes/Cultural Competency
• Grading/Guidance of the Black Student(s)
• Holistic approach to the Black Student(s)
